Wolfgang Puck's Smoked Salmon Creme Fraiche Piz

This is Wolfgang Puck's recipe but a shortcut I have tried and it works well

1 scant tablespoon yeast (1 package fresh or active dry)
1/4 cup warm water
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil plus oil for the bowl
¾ cup cool water
3 cups all-purpose flour (app

No Sugar Added Raspberry Vinaigrette

This dressing is so tasty that I could eat it with a spoon, but amazingly it
is suitable for serving to the two in my family who are diabetics. Excellent
